Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
It is important to ensure that your investment in education today places you on the right pathway for career advancement in the future.
The Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) was developed by the Australian Commonwealth Government to establish a nationally uniform accreditation system to ensure qualifications are recognised nationally towards employment and further studies.
An AQF qualification is recognised all around Australia and by other countries.
The AQF links qualifications to facilitate pathways of study from high school to doctorate degrees for accredited courses offered by private and public institutions. These institutions include TAFE and universities across Australia.
The framework promotes lifelong learning through a seamless and diverse education and training system. It encourages cross-sector linkage programs and articulation arrangements to ensure efficient articulation of programs and maximum credit transfer between institutions.
